Update

So many thanks are due to everyone of you who have been with us as an organization from the beginning. Thank you for believing in our mission, coming to events, checking our blog frequently, giving, encouraging and so much more. Everything you've done has played a huge part in this movement we're all creating.

So what's next?

Where are we?

In January of 2010... which is two and half months from now, we're opening a safe home in Honduras. The home will be a place where girls under the age of 18 who have been trafficked, bought, sold, and exploited can have safety, healing, therapy, education, and experience true freedom. These precious girls who have had no hope for so long will now have a life of hope and love as they go through physical, emotional, artistic, and educational therapy. Our team of trained professionals and loving hearts will be with them every step of the way as they are dealing with intense trauma from being abused and mistreated, huge self worth issues, and drug addictions. Freedom will be present. Love will win. As we approach this beautiful task we need your prayers, creativity, and giving more than ever. Please pray. Please create ideas and ways to raise awareness and funds for our task. Please donate. To bring 12 girls into our home in Honduras and give them the healing and love they deserve it will cost $36,000 for the first year. We're half way there. We believe that with the support and faith from all of us, the home will be fully funded by the end of this year.

Also.... we're updating our website to create more ways for you to directly get involved and be more a part of the movement. Videos, visuals, groups, creative ideas, merch and more is coming soon to shedances.org

Every girl deserves to dance. Have a great day!

Jeremy
